Murasaki is offered in two tiers:
Prices are shown in EUR. VAT is calculated based on your location at checkout, in accordance with EU VAT rules for digital services, and added where applicable.
A Murasaki Full purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the software for your own work, on devices you own.
You may not resell, sublicense, or share your license key with others.
Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Because Murasaki Full is digital content delivered immediately — your license key is issued as soon as your purchase is approved — you explicitly agree, before completing your purchase, that delivery begins immediately and that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

We may update Murasaki over time, including adding, changing, or removing features. We aim to keep your license working across updates.
Murasaki is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oblik s. r. o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software, including loss of data — we strongly recommend using the app’s own backup and export features regularly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
